Note that in order to complete your payment you need to have a paypal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be able to create one through the site.

Regardless of registration, if you wish to submit your research to be presented at the workshop, you should do so by March 15, 2014 (extended deadline).

There are three possible ways to submit your research:

1. You can submit a research paper for presentation in a regular oral session.

2. You can submit a research project for presentation in a poster session.

3. if you are a graduate student or a young researcher (Got your PhD within the past three years) and wish apply for FAPESP financial support, you can submit a research project for presentation in a special poster session. In that case we will refer to you as a FAPESP candidates.

Successful FAPESP candidates will have travel and accommodation financial support on a need base. Furthermore, there is additional partial financial support for authors whose papers are selected for paper or research project presentation, on a need base, according to funding availability. FAPESP financial support and this paper/research project presentation financial support are not cumulative.

If you are a graduate student and wish to register not as a FAPESP candidate, you need to submit a recommendation letter from your advisor explaining when you expect to graduate and why this event will be beneficial to you. Cancellation policy: If you cancel your registration on or before June 30, 2014 we will reimburse you 50% of the registration fee. If you cancel your registration after June 30, 2014, there will be no reimbursement.

The dealine for payment over the Internet is July 4th. After that date, payment can only be made on-site at the workshop venue on July 25th in Brazilian Reals.
